Condition of the Item:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase:
You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take product quality and accuracy seriously. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

You received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature. These include:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend the following steps:

Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Australian Consumer Law Compliance
Our return and refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refund Process

Return Shipping Costs
For Damaged or Incorrect Items: Return shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
For Change of Mind Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will still be provided for your convenience, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Ensure that your returned item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Use the prepaid return label provided, and include all original accessories, documentation, and packaging with your return.
