1. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all products available for purchase.

2. Processing and Delivery Time

Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday) once payment is confirmed.

Transit Time: Delivery typically takes between 1 and 2 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery Hours: Deliveries occur between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with tracking details, including a link to track your delivery status.

You will also receive an SMS notification on the day of delivery if a mobile number has been provided.

In case of unavailability during delivery:

The courier may leave the parcel with a neighbor or in a secure location.

If delivery is not possible, the parcel will be returned to a local depot, and a card will be left with instructions for rescheduling the delivery.

4. Missing Order Confirmation Email

If you have not received your order confirmation email:

5. Order Changes or Cancellations

Before Checkout: You can modify your order in the shopping cart.

After Checkout: Contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.

Cancellations:

Orders canceled after 48 hours may incur additional fees.

If the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

6. Address Issues

7. Delayed Orders

If your delivery is delayed beyond 9:00 PM on the expected delivery date, this may be due to unforeseen circumstances. Most delays are resolved by delivery the following day. If the delay persists, please contact us with your order number for assistance.
